Bailey Van Stiphout is a Portland, Oregon based multi disciplinary artist. She is a graduate from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in art practice. She uses art as an explorative method of self exploration and inner understanding. Her work is socially derived in both commentary and question. She hopes her work creates a type of reflection or spark of memory upon walking away from the work. She uses different mediums to explore creative limits and boundaries. Bailey is now apart of the Class of 2021 and hopes to work within the design field not limited to: surface and pattern design, commercial illustration and background animation.

My mission in life has always been to find what makes me happy. Finding what makes me happy has lead to a life long exploration through different art mediums. I have the skills to adapt, learn, lead and create for any project. Skills include portraiture, commercial illustration, graphic design, traditional and digital painting and drawing. My skillset includes the ability to bring both my own creativity and new ideas to any project and support the artistic style of those on a team for cohesive works. I believe if you guide your decisions in the way of happiness and gratitude you will live a beautiful life.
